    Samantha Tumpach claims that she should not face the harsh punishment intended for bootleggers, because all she was doing is recording family members signing "Happy Birthday" to her sister in the theater. Any footage of the movie screen was completely accidental, according to Tumpach

    honestly don't care about whether she was trying to bootleg the movie or not, I just plain think she should be jailed for considering a surprise birthday party at a showing of New Moon a wise idea

    I mean hell ive seen people record entire movies and nothing happen, i guess they are twilight fans.

    I doubt that that she won't be sentenced for two full years. Probably pay a fine for recording in theater or a slap on the wrist.

    I think she deserves due to the fact that she could've just said, "HEY HAPPY BIRTHDAY NOW LETS GO TO THE MOVIES AND WATCH NEW MOON I GOT TICKETZ YO."

    I mean really, surprise birthday party at the movies? YOU COULD'VE JUST ****ING WENT THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

    The movie theater actually called the cops on this shit. Oh plz they should have just confiscated her camera and leave it at that. Don't complain about prisons being crowded when you wanna jail someone over this. Give the dumbass a fine that shit will be paying until shes dies and leave it at that.
