it didn't snow until january about 3 years ago here, we even got rain at the end of christmas.

I've been in conditions with snow piling up 8-9ft, slush, ice (sometimes black ice), snow pellets, you name it. I hate it. :P

Not to mention the below 40 degree weather...

Same here in New England I'm actually happy about that. We haven't had crazy freezing cold weather also which is great.
