Anyone can do it anyway. Drugs becoming legal do not mean that someone who has hated drugs their whole life will go out and do heroin.
What it DOES mean is that someone curious about pot, or drugs in general, will be able to try them without getting tossed in jail. You shouldn't have to worry about legal action for taking a substance into your own body.
Drug laws will always be hypocritical until they either legalise it all, or outlaw tobacco and alcohol.
If you're not sure if you can handle drugs, then don't do them at all.
If you're in a position in life where such ruination would be bad, then don't risk it. There's no excuse.
It's not the drugs' fault, stop blaming them.
Someone's stupid decision and choice to kill their mother after playing Halo was pretty bad. They were probably fine before the game, though.
There is enough knowledge on drugs in this day and age to know precisely what people can be capable of under the influence of them, and which are generally more dangerous than others.
If you ignore this, I am never going to blame the substance. I'm going to blame the person.
