My internet has been really freaking slow. Normally i have a 120 ping in league of legends, but now it sits around 600. It's not just in games either-- it takes a very long time for websites to load aswell. It all started about 5 days ago, and i have no idea what could have caused it. Does anyone know any possible causes?

also... it goes back to normal for a while after i unplug my router then plug it back in.
