And anyway, police cannot arrest you as a police officer out of state. They can technically still perform a citizen's arrest MAYBE, but in the end they'll just call the police themselves and tell them their side of the situation, and the local police will take it from there.
I live on the border between Kansas and Missouri, and whenever an accident occurs on State Line Road, there's an extra step involved in figuring out which side police will deal with the accident.
