Reputation: 10Im still looking for a F2P i can play after WoW, If you find it, tell me
Well if your topic is about you wanting some advice then read this lol:
Yeah I played WoW for about a year; I got into a 4 days a weeks raiding guild and figured the game wasn't really a game lol - so that's why I am able to play other MMO's after it...IMO, I think you should try games outside of the genre, and keep an open mind about them. I tried out Grand Fantasia - it's not that bad once I got past the graphics, I also went over to a 3d side-scroller: Dragonica. They are both decent games, but of course WoW keeps your attention for a lot longer when you are in a raid/arena play and I expected that no F2P is going to match the concentration needed in WoW. When I get bored of an F2P (happens more frequently than WoW) I either just move onto another one, or I go take a break from the computer. Don't quit after 20 minutes, give all F2P's a decent chance. Read reviews on them first. And remember to find friends to play with as well... experiencing a game alongside someone else makes almost any game fun!
tl;dr - try out NEW genres, game styles, ect ect, if you want to stick to a game after WoW. (At least that is from my experience)
Allods is probably the best thing you could get after coming back to the F2P from WoW. I haven't found any F2P that could've kept me playing. Would go P2P but there aren't any intresting titles out right now..
Other than Allods and RoM that you already mentioned, I don't really think of any other F2P MMO's that are anywhere near the level of WoW.
MAYBE Free Realms or Atlantica Online, maybe.
Oh, Chronicles of Spellborn is rather good, I forgot about that. It's F2P for awhile until they get their act together and probably go with a cash shop or something along those lines.
Reputation: 41just wait for allods...OB will be better. I really think so + we all start at lvl 1 so we can group up and lvl faster. if you reach a certain lvl you kill the mobs much faster

Reputation: 43Well when i played it the character models were disgusting and the first tut was fricking annoying. Oh and the engine wasnt very optimized, but probably could be better than DDO... i hate DDO's UI only thing :S
