Default Those who have a Razer Deathadder Mouse:

I have a new Razer Deathadder and when i pick it up and make contact with the desk, there is a strange hollow sound that emits. Its a sound mixed with a vibrating piece of some sort. When i hold the buttons down softly and i tap it lightly, the sound is only muffled. When i compared it to my friend's same mouse, his doesnt make the same sound.

Nonetheless, i seem to be experiencing no problems with it, apart from the irritating noise.

Anyone have this issue? Is it normal?

I have a Razer Lachesis that has run perfect. Definentally take it back, that is normally a sigh of impending mouse doom. Better to be safe than sorry later when the warranty runs out.

Optical mice don't have moving parts. They don't make noise.

Its probably your desk vibrating against the mouse or something. Go use the mouse with a different computer or on a different surface and see if the noise persists.

Sounds to me like its the spring that makes the button come back up maybe.

Is it making a sort of "boioioioing" sound?

That's an intense name for a mouse.

Like a "boioioioing" yes. lawl dunno how to explain. But yes, boioioioing would be a word that suits it.

As for when i flip it over, it feels like something is moving in its place or whatnot.

Nothing really wrong with the mouse itself, but it just bothers me.
