    Its not a cheap hobby, and if you don't have SOME SORT of artistic touch, don't bother.

    Other than that, I'm sure someone here will be able to give you some solid advice.

    Its up to you on how much money youre willing to spend

    The Nikon D60 is what i started out with

    Its around 400 or so

    If you save up a few hundo more, you can snag the D5000 which is its replacement, + more features, including full 720 HD video capture.

    Totally worth it.
