I usually quit guilds after a day. I find guild politics annoying even though i used to be a leader of one. Theres always going to be members that hate each other. Fights on who would be promoted and what not.
Good luck trying to apply this to games like Lineage 2.
1) Tell everyone you have a girlfriend (makes you seem cool IRL).
2) Accuse people of being noobs constantly.
3) Form a tight-knit circle with the upper echelons of the guild full of laughs and inside jokes so the new people feel excluded and crave your attention.
4) If backed into a corner, accuse attacker of being no-life noob and ragequit.
