You can have some disharmony with the vocals which could sound nice, but the rest of it should be in the same key really. (Basically, unless you're very good this is your only option, as the vocals are not gonna be easy to get in tune with the music at this stage of the production.)

As for blending, you've added so much echo that it pretty much all blurs into a big mess already. To get rid of the jagged edge of that sound effect though you'll need to just fade it out. (either turn down the end, or extend it with a fade. Don't just add more reverb)

To be honest though, once you've got a piece of music with no harmony and no rhythm, the best way to add it would be to start from scratch. If you've built this in a program which imposes a rhythm then you might be able to add it by just accentuating what is already (hidden) there.
