its about a boy high schooler who was choosen to be vongola 10th generation boss and how this tutor called "Reborn" teaches him how to be a great mafia boss ... the beginning sucks until like ep 40 -50 or 50 - 60 when the real actions begin then again from ~110 or something even more interesting events begins ... whole aspect is this boy being turned into mafioso even thought he doesn't want that and how he creates his family and such things ... later on how he protects them and how he truly is devoted to his family "mafia family" and other friends ...

Its just how poet says it is.
The characters imo are pretty nice and layed out. Sometimes it annoys me when they the lesser characters are dragged along with no knowledge. You'll know what I mean.
Its got a very slow start, I think the anime just got into the main point in story, I'm reading the manga and its good.
If you like Bleach you would like it, its just more subtle when it comes to fighting and death, but its got powers and cool moves that make it good.

well i don't want to recommend it because you going to think that it suck at the beginning ... and all :/ well most of the people does think that it sucks at the beginning because of some aspects ...

and also there is: History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi similar to reborn anime i think.

Well dude I'm a fan of Bleach , Naruto and One piece. And I love this show , yes at the beginning It's a little slow but after It's really worth to watch it.

I'm a fan of Bleach and Naruto too, never actually got to get into One Piece, don't know why, it does not really 'drag' me inside like Bleach did :S.

Yeah definitely try it up until "Varia" don't wanna ruin it other than providing that name.

As to another anime similar, there is Fairy Tail. You may like that. Black Cat was fun to watch.

There is also D. Gray Man. Its very similar. You might wanna switch to the Manga near the end since the anime ends differently.
