New Year's Eve is such a depressing time, regardless of being alone or with lots of people.

It's a new year, big deal. I'm at the point where, if a year sucked, I know how sucky years can be so it's not like I'm immediately assuming it won't happen again. Even if I AM glad to see the end of it.

A year closer to the grave, joyous.

It's like the weekend being over and it being Monday...but on a bigger level. December is the year's Friday, and January is its Monday.

People that are total jackasses come over all nice and expect happy wishes and a few kisses. Little kids running up to you doing the same and want a hug. Countless money spend on stuff you will fücking shoot in the sky, for what! 'cause it's pretty'. SHOOTING MILLIONS OF EURO'S IN THE AIR IS NOT WHAT I CALL PRETTY or even 'beautifull'! Then 3-4 days later teenages complain 'dude... I'm broke... wtfack did I do!!' YOU BOUGHT FIREWORKS DAMNIT!
