I say this all the time. It doesn't matter how fast your internet connection because the problem of slow speeds always comes from the other end. You could have the fastest car in the world, but if the highway is bumper to bumper traffic then you aint going nowhere.
I think they are upping the internet speeds to fast and the internet can't keep up.

MS complained and now they're at about 30GB for the average connection. >_>
@slow speed always come from the other end: not really. I'm paying for 12MBPS and I only get +-3.7MBPS... they're too cheap to upgrade the cables in my town.
