She's clearly dripping snot from her hand.
She has a cold, you see, and there were no kleenex around. It was all reflex, but when she sneezed it all ended up on her hand.
In the next shot where you see that her hand is no longer dripping snot she has deftly wiped the snot onto the couch or chair or her friend and has such avoided social stigma associated with having snot all over your hands.
