Default Whats eating my interwebs D:?

So i was downloading a game, which was 6GB, the first 5GB's went really well at 9mb/sec, but then it went down to 132kb/sec i closed everything that would possible make use of any connection besides the download, but it didn't work, so is there anyway of seeing how ''internet''(LOL) a program is using :P?

... it depends if the game was being downloaded p2p (pier to pier) or how its called ... if so then maybe you lost connections with other people and thus your download speed went down... other than that maybe some updates ??? are being done

Thanks, i'm actually looking for a managing thing that give you information on what processes use the connection.

What i actually want is a program that is able to show me what process is using my bandwidth
    For example this.
    FireFox - 233kb
    Opera - 87kb

9MB/s? WTF. I thought my 600KB/s was good. I remember it used to be 12KB/s when i lived in a redneck town.

    Don't *****.
