Wat programs do i need?

if i wish 2 make a 3D game like runescape, wat programs do i need including:

to create the map;
to create the weapons;
to make characters/monsters; I want to make them not 2 hav a prebuilt 1 like noddy or barbie
to create the world;
to create the logo;
to create the cutscenes;
etc;

well is suggest learning java and coding the whole thing ureself if you want it like Runescape(dunno y u would ><). You dont really get prebuilt engines for these types as they are dying out games im afraid to say it(even though i love them still).Also you cant just make items and such you would have to design a builder program then design all the item and monster things so on and on.
