well is suggest learning java and coding the whole thing ureself if you want it like Runescape(dunno y u would ><). You dont really get prebuilt engines for these types as they are dying out games im afraid to say it(even though i love them still).Also you cant just make items and such you would have to design a builder program then design all the item and monster things so on and on.
