Some might think thats a good thing. And that steam that just fills up the room? Thats the result of all those chemcials from the water mixing with other chemicals that then get deep into your lungs and circulatory system due to no natural filters in your body for it. Unfiltered cigarettes, anyone?
The only valid and logical reason to ever take a hot bath/shower is if you almost drowned in a freezing river/ocean and need to get your body temperature up FAST. Wanna know how the Navy SEALS handle cold water? They're used to it. You can get used to it too, make the switch for better health. If you are really interested on this subject use google and do your own research. Try searching for cold showers being bad, you'll find nothing. Then try hot showers and see the mixed reviews.
