    Default Basketball shoes

I hurt my ankle playing the other day so I figured it's about time I invest in some new basketball shoes. I've been out of the loop for awhile so I don't even know where to start anymore.

Try and keep it under $100 if at all possible I ain't in the NBA goddammit.

What about these, are they any good?

Would prefer a response from someone who actually plays.

*spins ball on finger* (which is the extent of my basketball skills...besides trying to use my neighbors during parties. That never goes over well.)

The Hyperdunks were the first thing I looked at but they only have them in size 18.

A good pair are also quite a bit lighter than flats, but they burn out a little faster if you're running on the track.

uhhh, may be a cultural lingo barrier here. flats are running race shoes to me. They are about as light/small a shoe you can get without going bare foot.

    these are flats
