Any English guild on Arad Senki that I could join?

I just started to play on the Japanese servers and I'm pretty clueless of what to do, not being able to read any of the text.

Would there be any guild willing to take me in so I can atleast enjoy talking to someone that can understand me? ( It might be a pain for japanese people to switch out from their keyboards kanji setting to speak english. )
