Alright Dave Le:
Metaphase you'd have the two X's line up vertically.
Anaphase you'd have 2 swords on either side.
And you have 2 copies of the swords in the little cells in telephase.
Of course this is pretty basic because it'd be different depending on when during each phase you're talking about.
