Dragonica. DFO is a side scroller IMO but it's more like an arcade game. La Tale is also good.

MapleStory = you should know -.-
Wonder King = you should know, half the links on OnRPG re-directs to a WonderKing sign-up page -.-

Maple Story IMO is the best side-scroller.
WonderKing is like a Maple Story that's less pleasant on the eyes.
LaTale is probably the most unique of these, but the leveling is incredibly horrid.
