DSi open? I turned it on if thats what you mean, but I formatted it hoping it would go back to its fabric settings ><

I mean the product has been taken out of the box and has been used or tampered with.

Some smaller stores wont take back opened electronics.

Also if they do have a return policy they might have it on the receipt! So take some time to look that over closely. Hmm and they might even have some information online so try a google search.

But eh they might not take the DSi back so just incase you better start working on your apology speech to your parents.
