No, Cloud is a fictional character (like the anti-christ) from possibly the most overated game ever. He is also from a JRPG and therefor as a male he looks like a girl.

And if one choses to name is tag after him, they should be taken outside where a firing squad will kill him and secret police will make sure you never even existed.

A cloud on the other hand is a important part of the water cycle and holds no interlect and thus cannot be the anti-christ.
