Why people take pictures or film some "events" with TV or other media involved? The same thing they take pic of will be all over internet 5 minutes later so what is the point?

but it will be on TV and internet so they can check it anyway if they want to , we are not in XX century anymore where there was no internet and the only way of "keeping" smth was to make a pic

Imagine an event where reporters and other media are recording. Why do normal people take pictures at the same event as them if it's just going to be on TV or the internet anyway?

Personally, I don't understand why he keeps getting banned. Sure, ban him the first time, but any ban after that is just a waste of time. I say let him do whatever until he breaks another rule.
