Civ is a pretty pure strategy game. Probably not suited for most gamers these days, who would prefer something more along the lines of Empire Total War

Thank God, I was getting fairly bored with Civ IV and need a different RTS. I usually don't stay too long on the same single player games, so hopefully Civ V will be the one I settle on.
I kind of hope they at least make a demo available before I buy the game...
