You shouldn't really be feeling the pressure to settle down, and have a girlfriend until you're in your late 20s. I mean...its cool if it happens before that, but if it doesn't, its not the end of the world man.

I was in the same boat as you just a week or two ago. I was all "omg, what am I going to do!? I need to find another girlfriend!"...but not really. You don't need to validate your existence through anyone but yourself.

Since my girlfriend left, I've had 3 girls over here, which I've always been close with (but never LIKE THAT with, ya know?)...out of the 3, one of them even...er...stayed for the night, and some of the next day...ya know? (its not what you're thinking...I couldn't have a one night stand situation...but hey, I certainly had fun!)

If you find someone to be happy with, good. Don't bother going to look for it, because it sounds like that is your biggest problem.

So, about a week or so ago, my girlfriend had broke up with me because she wasn't "good with relationships", which I entirely ignored because I was so love-struck from her.

Anyway, I have this odd feeling that every girl I meet/date is a *****, or just not my type. And that's a big majority (I am not generalizing the woman of OnRPG, granted there is any, please do not take this the wrong way to start some sort of flame war) and I am slowly thinking of actually starting to date guy's instead.

Now, my friend gave me a small tidbit of advice,
"Well, you can change yourself to be someone better that a girl would like, or you could be gay."

So basically, it's either, "totally **** up who I am really am and be someone I am not," or "dicks before chicks".

So, whut now.

if your gay, do it. but dont force yourself into it. if you need to try it out, then try it out and see if you were just unaware of what you were.

If you turn out to be straight, then just work on telling yourself everyone is flawed and to try out different 'types'. Never know, your SO could be someone thats not your 'type'. Having to big a checklist can be detrimental to your relationship forming abilities.

insecurity is one of the biggest reasons relationships fail....so you need to make it matter.

also you have to fail to be successful. you will not be able t name one person who was successful in EVERYTHING and never failed. Failure weeds out the bad possibilities and leaves the better possibilities for later.
