    Yeah, ectomorphic sounds right i guess. but 5 lbs of muscle a year D: darn. But that easy 8 pack sounds good hah.

    Haha yeah so you should get the abs easy. I say work on getting toned first. Switch up between wide, normal and narrow push-ups, pull-ups, basically all the non-weight workouts you can do.

    how many regular pushups can you do without stopping?

    honestly just work on pushups for now. do 5-7 sets of 15(or how ever far you can get.) every other day. When you get up around 50-60, add pullups into your regime. on 15 pushups i doubt you can do a pullup, amiright?

    jsut do regular pushups. after 5-6 weeks, you can add close grip and wide grip pushups. You need to get in shape before you add funny exercises.
