    Body type: Ectomorph
Access to weights and equipment: No
    Height: 5'7 - 5'8

Ugh I saw another thread but didnt wanna overlap or ask my question there because it would overlap.

Im underweight by like 20+ pounds or something

I can hardly do 3 pushups
I can do over 60 sit ups

no wonder extremists say western society is corrupt, we are truly f*cked, we are supping from the cup of corporate drudgery.

pro-tip: let your body decide what shape it wants to be before you start submitting it to crash-dieting and obscene excercise regimes.

workout when you are 18 bro.

    18.

until then, ride your bike round the park and play bulldog. stop trying to be grownup before your time. you are only young once.

    jesus man, srsly.

Take the advice of sticking to 45-1 hour a day of working out. i spent 3 hours in the gym last thursday (got a little over excited) and i'm still recovering from the muscle strains today and most likely tommorow. you do NOT want to over do it...trust me.

Uhh go with cardio for a lean body.

You need to build lean muscle and get tight before you should even think about bulking up.
