What MMORPG's have fast combat? I hate games like WoW and Mabionogi that attack at like 1 swing of a sword every 2 seconds, and slow casting skills. I prefer melee over using skills too, so a fast weapon swinging MMORPG would be perfect!
Thanks <3

Pretty obvious to me.
Hey Ya!
Age of Conan is quite fast alot faster then wow or mabinogi, i suppose its because aoc uses a real time combat style.
Aren't Rogue's/Thief's the default ''Fast hit'' classes?
It's quite obvious that if you are a paladin it will hit slow, :l.
Reputation: 10The game you are loking for is Cabal Online. You should play on Europe server...check it out

Greetings European WonderKing players,
...
Although we would like to continue to share all our success with everyone, we’re gravely disheartened to inform you that contractual obligations are forcing our hand with another publisher in the *European Territories. We have been notified that we are no longer allowed to service WonderKing to players in Europe.
.....
Ah, so they did do it. Morons, really. They ruined the game. (Talking about the foreign publisher, not ndoors)
Anyways, Unexpected, try Megaten. It's 3D, quite fast if you know how to play.
Reputation: 10Well i guess u never played WoW past level 20... anyway it does get fast also item with haste etc....
But since ur looking for a fast pace mmo.. most mmo start out slow and as you level up you get gear/skills which make combat pace fast especially if u play a melee char.
Dragonica is pretty fast game play. A good run of would be less then five minutes.
If you have ever played during a planet switch and war then yes.
When it comes for a faction to take over a planet there is a huge war between the two factions, wich is very fun.
I also consider it fast paced because you must always look over your shoulder.
*Look over your shoulder for Mercs or other enemy factions
*Look over your shoulder when transporting goods to sell or to take them to other planets
*Look over your should when running in Necro Field and trying to kill aliens while also looking for players who will kill you and take your gear.
For people who have played FoM for more then one day and actually gave it a chance (no tutorial hardly at all besides the one included with the download) then you will understand what I mean.
Im not a fanboy of it but I do enjoy the game. I haven't played it in awhile though.
Reputation: 162GW is really fast placed at 20, with my assassin I can knock out casters in 3 seconds and die in the same amount of time if I'm seen first.
Gunz online = fastest game ever..
Savage 2 = I would say.. 2nd fastest depending on how good you are.. if your bad then it might seem slow paced..
Wow... I don't know many games faster than mabinogi... (gameplay wise, you don't have a free second in mabi, attacks may be spaced of a second, but you alway have to get ready for the next shot o-O)
Ragnarok... when higher level... depends on class... (and stats0
Err.... err.... ..... ........ .... ......... Cabal is kinda fast paced, but I hate the game o-o...
Action games like Dungeon fighter online...
Err Air rivals ? ._.
Most of other mmos seems slow paced to me ._."
Seems like you don't know much about MMO's yet.
A MMO can suck unbelievably hard, and yet have an huge player-base with millions of people.
For example, go to www.igg.com.
And i guess fast combat depends on class...
Warriors with 2-Handed swords will be hitting really slowly, whilst thieves/rogue's/assassins will hit very fast.
