Anyway to disable this?

So, the only thing i prefer on Windows XP over Windows 7 is the task manager, in W7 when you CTRL+ALT+DEL you get that blue screen with options, in WinXP, you just get the task manager, does anyone know how to make it so just the taskmanager pops up at W7 :l?

if it's possible, its done through the registry.
