I want to be a creative writer.
While I doubt I'll ever be best selling novelist or anything like that, it's a dream I'd really like to accomplish.
Because of my schedule, I'm considering taking said classes online.
So, I'm just curious, to any online students that might be here...
1. What's it like to take up online courses? Is it easier or harder for you compared to physical classrooms?
2. What school would you suggest for creative courses, and why?
As a usual, I understand if this is a post that doesn't exactly belong, so if this is moved or deleted I'll just look elsewhere. *shrugs*
Anyways, thanks if anything comes up here!
Don't take online courses not to sound like a dick but people with online degrees are usually not considered over people who got a degree from a physical school.
If you cant fit full time do part time not a big deal, takes a little longer but in the end you'll have a degree in hand from a reputable school that's taken seriously.
I believe that physically going into a college/university would be more appropriate on the motivation scale as well. It'l force you to concentrate on your studies 100% rather than having facebook and MSN open as you read your class notes.
If online courses are your only option though, I'd say to go for it, and maybe search around the web for testimonials or something. It's already wonderful that you're trying to find education , so take your time to pick the best method possible.
