Westfall is a great place to level.

And alot quests can be completed at the same time eg.

Defias Brotherhood, Red linen bandanas and patrolling westfall, goretusk pie and westfall stew can all be done in the same area.

ive found levelling my shadow priest as easy due to not having to stop to drink/eat.

I wouldn't suggest a paladin if you hated a shadow priest. paladins pretty much just auto attack to level(not a joke sadly) and you kinda get burnt out around level 40..or atleast i did lol

auto attack/judgement til like 52 or something if ret cause thats when you get crusader strike then after that its auto attack/judgement/crusader strike until you get divine storm..paladin leveling is seriously boring and tbh i dont know how i got mine to 80

Just because I am a paladin in real life, does not mean I have to roleplay one. . .

I mean, it makes no sense. Why would I want to roleplay myself?

Why on earth would you choose WoW then? You described Aion to the fullest extent.
    Bad Crafting System: Check.
    No Quests: Check.
No Dungeons or Endgame Whatsoever: Check
Pure PvP and Gankage (word?): Check

Aion's your game mate, though I'm going to assume you play Aion and just joined WoW to hop on the bandwagon that even rivals the New Orleans Saints.
