Makes me sick sometimes.
So this happened last weekend: I take a quick trip to the minimart to buy some soda and when I walk on the refrigerator aisle I find this couple kissing. Not like, cute kisses, no, they were eating their faces off. They weren't cute or hot either, mind you. Worst part? They didn't even notice the fact that I was waiting for them to move so I could grab the soda. So I had to tap the guy on the shoulder and ask him. They moved a little bit and continued.

I'm not totally against public displays of affection, really. I find it cute when couples are holding hands, or when they share food or drinks, when they peck a bit. That's fine, but there are things which I can't help but consider inappropriate.

Anywaaaay. Discuss.

i agree w/ the face sucking part....get a room, but as for holding hands or a quick kiss on the lips after a nice remark, or an i love you, to your girl is ok in my book.....

I see where you're coming from but if we just started making out hardcore in a public place I probably wouldn't stop and say "that's inappropriate we should go elsewhere."

What I mean is I wouldn't really be too concerned about/aware of the people around me at that time.

I did the Ill Ninny Na Na while staying at the Sandpiper resort in Panama City Beach during spring break.

It was a heat of the moment kinda thing and we were both pretty drunk...we didn't notice that the door was open.

It is very childish, it has nothing to do with human nature.

You can use whatever line you like to try and justify it as "ok" but in reality it isn't, its childish.

And comparing 2 people making out to the disgust level of ****** or 2girls1cup is just a terribly offensive comparison to make and doesn't help you one bit.

to answer your question it kind of makes me mad too, kind of like people that dye their hair abnormal colors like purple or blue so that they can get attention then when people ask them about it they say. "yeah i dont really care what people think of me..."
