In a post apocalyptic world you are the mayor of a town and need to get enough resources to rebuild your town and keep your citizens alive, build an army to protect your town against others
take control of 1 of the weapon factories out their to get extra weapons for your self or to trade with
start a war with your neighbour or make him your ally
