The fans are pretty much maintain thesame level of noise. Now and than a sort of speed up, which I think, that comes from the CPU fan, but that happened before the OC as well without it happening much more.
The voltages seem stable during the past 24hours. Min value acording to HWMonitor is 11.82v and highest is 11.99v idling at 11.93v.
I don't really get what you mean with frequencies though.
