I used EVGA Precision to OC it.
As for the different clocks, I'm only able to change 2D mode and 3D high performance mode, unable to change 3D low-power. Both OCd.
I downloaded GPU-Z to be sure and yet again, it's confirmed. OC detected along with the lower temps. :/
I guess I'll need to take this weird case to an OC forum. >_<
