Good drawing but you need to work on anatomy a little more.
The guy on top of the shield has his hand the wrong way. And his left leg is either too short or not positioned correctly with what you want to convey.
Captain America has disproportionate legs too. Also I am not sure what that brown stuff is below them that seems to engulf parts of their bodies.

Wow you guys don't understand what constructive criticism is.
Seriously stop b*tching.
His drawing is good and it has some nice uses of lighting and colors.
What would be the point of only praising a person?
They do not improve that way and there is always room for improvement.
Adding criticism helps others improve their knowledge and skills.
He has a good understanding of how cloth weighs and the wrinkles.
And he understands how shading is applied depending on the varied light source/s.
But some of his stuff looks a little flat in comparison with other stuff that has depth in them. The helmets on the soldiers are a little flat especially the one in the lower right corner.
And the muzzle flash seems a little out of place when comparing it to the consistency in the overall piece. Maybe clean some of the yellows in the flash so they blend better together.
And again the guy above the shield has his right hand that looks like a left hand.

@IronyTaken: That guy was trolling and his post has been moderated and dealt with. In the future, I recommend simply reporting troll posts like that one and carry on with what you are doing. No need to waste your time by responding to it - we mods can handle that part. Onrpg encourages constructive criticism.
