p2p games have different prices so you need to pay the right fee to them (always the same ^^)

for f2p games..when i really like the game (mabinogi for example) i spent every month some money to push my nexon cash so i can buy different things (mounts or others things) 5-10 euro (not every month) but its stil cheaper than a normal p2p game where i need to pay all the time over 10 euro
(this year i will start a new p2p game - ff14 or star wars if the game will start this year..heared they will release the game in 2011 ^^)

If you have got a good job and you arent a kid anymore its not really hard to spend 5-15 euro every month. Never miss my money xD

It really depends on the game and the players.

Most P2P games are a straight $14.99 a month, some are cheaper.

Many F2P games start out cheap, but by endgame there are some insane people spending $200-300 a month to be "1337."

Even spending $300 on a F2P MMO is seldom enough to make you "1337." So many of the "must-have" items are consumables. Throw in some money for a skill reset or some other items, and you can easily rack up a tab of a few hundred dollars just to stay afloat.

If you truly are dedicated to an MMO, then a P2P is a much better choice. Because no matter how much you are willing to spend, you'll only have to spend $15 a month. Whereas with a F2P...well, there are stories of top players who have spent thousands of dollars on a game.

Depends, really. If i play hardcore...uhm...i think i easily spent 100€/month on my KAL online char back when i was active. And that isn't even much, i know people who spend 500€/month on games like conquer online or similar shit.

Try to keep it below 25 a month, it seems like it's not that much but it really is if you think about what you can do with it.

not every f2p game has this problem. Depending on the CS but yeah most of them have a bad CS. Like i said allready..playing mabi since the first kr version and the only thing where you need some money are mounts or perhaps some fashion things (if you really need them). The rest is not necessary because you can get all the things in game and even if you wanna rebirth more than every 3 weeks..its still not a high price...like a p2p one ^^

I'll pay ~$50 a year on a F2P game. I figure, if I really wanted a game that I couldn't pirate, and it gave me hours and hours of entertainment, I'd purchase it for $50 in the store.

So, I don't mind paying it once a year (over months and months).
