If you like anunu i would suggest Blitzcrank. But instead of pulling yourself to the target he pulls the target to you. Plus he has a stun. Pulling can be extremely useful while ganking and in team fights.You can be very tankish or you can even build him for dps and actually get quite of bit of kills.
Singed is also a crazy good tank, but there arent many ways to build him. However he is incredibly hard to kill and can be a monster in team fights. He has fling, you walk up to an enemy champ grab him and throw him behind you, right into the middle of or team mates if possible.

Thanks for the tips i had been looking at singed and i might try him when i have the IP for it and what about rammus ive seen people take down about three people alone with him is he good for a tank build?

lol yea rammus is one of my favorite champs but i cant afford him yet ive wanted him since i got rammed and killed in like 4 hits lol but i do plan on getting him soon hope his IP price goes down or he becomes free to use soon. I was thinking about getting alister soon since he is the least expensive that was recommended and i was wondering what items should i use for him if i do get him for a defensive build

And yes, he's extremely OP in low elo matches.
Higher elo matches = Sight ward OHAI

costs 6.1k to get twitch, so that person would probably be summoner 18+
Still, you can fight a summoner level 30 in a matchmaking game if he has a tonne load of losses/leaves, so at level 10 you might have to fight twitch unfortunately.
And then most people dont know he's squishy as hell and u need sight wards in the right places. (especially if laning against him early, just focus on him)
Still, any carry that is well fed = teams downfall
Plus a lot of teams go all dps or all mages with no carry or tank and end up losing. That's why a lot of people ''queue dodge" if they don't like the team composition, which gets annoying. Thumbs up for choosing tanks, because tanks are very underplayed ><

Definitely first item to get is meki pendant + 2 hp potions.
You MUST keep last hitting with parley to increase your gold income, don't focus on harrassing.
On your first trip back, upgrade pendant to philosopher's stone, and buy boots and 2 avarice blades (you should have enough money if you farmed enough)
Please do not get more than 2 avarice blades, avarice blades take 25 mins before they fully refund themselves and getting more than 2 is just overkill.
An optional item to add here is Executioners Blade, which gives nice lifesteal and adds a good chunk of critical chance, though this is purely whether if you want it or not.
After the 2 avarices you should definitely rush for infinity edge. Sell your stone to get it if need be.
After infinity edge get phantom dancer, at this point you don't really need your avarices anymore.
Final item which will complete your build is phantom dancer, and if the game drags on I recommend a Frozen Mallet for survivability and crowd control.

I agree with him, I used to play Rammus pretty seriously back in the day. I used to stack sunfires with an Atma's Impaler, it was such insane damage. Sunfire gives both Hp and Armor, Rammus' passive increases his damage based on armor and Atma's increases his damage based on HP. You could go with nothing but boots, stacking sunfires, and atma's and absolutely destroy.

Umm not sure exactly what you mean but if you mean recommended items then theres no way to change them atm although Riot has said that they are going to add 'custom recommended item' lists in the future for each character.
Can't really give you tips, that just depends on your playstyle. I tend to play defensively with everyone, and it's quite funny watching fags say 'grow a ****ing pair and help me tower dive' and then I wait for the perfect chance to gank them at tower and double kill. Though theres nothing wrong with playing aggressively but yea everyones playstyle is different.
Applies to items too I guess, my items might not suit everyones playstyles, but they're tried and true for me.
