runescape- still the same as 3 years ago for free members
so i've been looking at runescape and it looks like it has changed alot.
i quit way back when they started the premium members thing. reason? nothing was being added for the free members, and being one of the players who have been playing since CBT for runescape, there was nothing to do but gather gold..

Yup its shit for f2p, but they say a new skill is coming out for f2p and p2p, not sure what it is though.
They said it would come early 2010.

I've always considered Runescape as a p2p MMO anyways. I think the f2p part can only be considered as a trial or whatever (much like Ryzom had at one point).

In the first question of a Q&A with Mark Gerhard in a Developer's Blog dated 6 August 2009, he confirmed that the new skill was available for all players, as since he was instated as CEO, he would give more updates to the free-version of the game, reiterating that the free-version is not a demo.
