Default Diabetes VS Low blood sugar.

I shouldn't be asking here, but I'm going to the hospital tomaro to go under minor testing to get this figured out..

If my mothers side of the family has Low Blood Sugar and fathers has Dia. and I'm getting into states where I can't focus, or physically perform at the level I normally am capable of, until I eat some form of food what are the chances I have one of the above ?

I'll do well for a few hours, but than my focus disappears, and I'm not able to do work out as well as I normally am.

It started about a week ago, and I'm wondering right now, what I may have. It's getting to a point where I need it looked at.

Your best bet is to get a glucosemeter and check every 2 hours. If your sugar gets too high (above 160mg/dl, no clue about the other system) after you have eaten something with sugar, you'll have diabetes.
Grab a bottle of coke or 2 is the quickest way I can think of.

If you don't you'll just have low blood sugar.

Are you fat? (not kidding, depends on what kind of diabetes you might have)

Have you lost any weight? Ussually people with diabetes (the juvenile one), lose weight due to your body trying to burn off the sugur, which is ussually taken care of by your pancreas.

I'm like 5 pounds over weight for me height or some sht, but not in fat. I work out every other day, but I was small as a child.

I took about three weeks of lifting, gained a little bit of fat, but nothing to call me "Fat" about =\.

Dinner is typically a kind of chicken, rice or noodles with some green veggie. I 'll normally have a salad if I have time but if not I have a couple sticks of Cellary or something for a snack.

Everything is cooked myself, I rarely eat out and drink almost no soda.

The most unhealthy part of my diet is my coffee.
You do know french toast and fried rice is actually unhealthy right?

Change that french toast to a bowl of special k or cheerios and that fried rice to sandwich (except bologna and salami and the like those are very high is sat fats).

and i mentioned special k and cheerios because those are unsweetened healthy cereals that french toast or puffy puff crap is nothing more than needless sugar.

Explain how fried rice, with corn Chicken, and pea's is unhealthy ?

French toast is debatable. I get my egg, and bread. Note: I use whole wheat.

Regardless of the fact, it's not an unhealthy diet, it shouldn't lead to issues as serve as I'm feeling at the moment.

I don't think you can inhale fats. If you do, that's a weird way of eating.

Anyway, did you know tuna has trace levels of mercury? Might as well stay away from it since it's "unhealthy". And yeah, mercury is harmful at any level. So, tuna isn't "fine" to eat.

No, it doesn't work like that. Everything we eat is harmful some way or another, it's the dose that makes the poison. We establish limits on what can be considered healthy and unhealthy.
