Totally different engine, I believe. It's a different game and PW doesn't develop it... so it's not the "same old shit".

I've never played PW so I wouldn't know.I heard it was supposed to be something like Dynasty Warriors,only with large scale combat and I guess you can control a number of troops too?I seen this somewhere but forgot the URL.

It's using the same engine developed by PW too... and yes its Red Cliff Online localized for NA servers. Its developed before Forsaken World.
