I would quite like a Pokemon game where we are the average joe, instead of catching every freaking legendary out there and steam rolling the Elite Four.
Team Rocket also need to be darker, rather than just a house with a thousand trainers that have zubats and rattatatatataaas that you need to fight through to beat someone with a Golbat and a Raticate.
And for the love of all things gaming fisherman need to stop having 6 magikarps.
