Restore to factory settings?

This option is gone once you format your OS, so if his laptop originally ran XP, the moment he installed w7 it's gone.
It also would be gone if he reformatted using a regular windows CD and not the restore option.

Also hatashi, run linux for 2 minutes and whipe the files that way? :o
