It is if you don't take supplements and have a well balanced diet.
The whole just stop eating meat thing doesn't cut it, and it's terrible for you. If you wanna go veg talk to a nutritionist/dietician and have them work something out for you cause chances are you don't know how to get everything you need while not eating meat.
