4) dual classes is not new but it is something that mmos tend to leave out +2

You really think we'd have a rule that negates the entire purpose of the site? Heck, look on the front page of OnRPG, we link to games regularly.
The no promotion stuff is so people don't spam stuff like "hay guiz look at mah new site that's exactly like OnRPG but with a different name! Go there instead of here!"
