Moe means very cute ... beautiful and such atleast i think that thats what it means ... and it wasn't just because of 1st episode its because of whole K-ON anime ... if the talk goes about K-ON u will always hear MOE word ...

wiki says that moe describes one character type or budding between characters ... O.O which would be common for K-ON because of whole friendship going on ...

Mayoi Neko Overrun was pretty good. It should be an alright show. Looks to have some kind of storyline with that one girl.

Just seen K-on!! episode 1 and it was quite ok, but not over the top, just Moe like Poeticas already stated.
But I am pretty sure this 2nd season is going to be as good as the first one so that promises a big laugh.
