Seems pretty legit, he hasn't replied in a week or so though but that's understandable. Really hopin he pulls through here and doesn't abandon it. Been wanting a private server for sooo long.

It's against the rules, therefore it's not allowed.
*tho they call it free servers in the rules,.. a confusing term, but basicly they mean private servers.

Technically, it isn't up and running. So, is it also against the rules to talk about the development of one?
