LoL freezes?

So, when im in a game it randomly freezes the sounds go on, but the screen is frozen and i have to alt tab to desktop and back to get it working again, well in a game like LoL you cant play if shit like that happens, So any idea guys?

Eum dude you should get a new pc I think I had the same problem with my old computer and btw the servers are down atm it could be that.
